I'm Katerina, a Czech-born web developer based in Joensuu, Finland. I build websites and web apps using modern tools.
I'm currently doing a six-month web development programme at Riveria, where I work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress and AI. I'm also a part of a startup, collaborating internationally on a mobile app and working on some personal projects on the side.
My path into tech wasn't the straightforward kind. A couple of years ago I started saying yes to new things, trying what I'd never done before, and slowly shifting from "I can't do this" to actually doing it.
What I love most about this work is when something finally clicks and what was just an idea becomes something real. I'm open to freelance projects and always happy to talk to someone with an idea they want to bring to life.
